Our Rural BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Center stands as a pioneering all-women digital microwork outsourcing hub, designed to provide meaningful employment, skill development, and economic independence to young women in the remote villages of Rajasthan’s Bassi Block.
Launched as a key initiative alongside our flagship Parinati program, the Rural BPO Center tackles gender disparities by equipping women with essential tech skills and access to stable jobs. In collaboration with IndiVillage Tech Solutions, we foster a supportive ecosystem that enables women to break free from traditional constraints and emerge as first-generation earners.

Inspiring Journeys: Kanta’s Success Story
Kanta’s transformation from a rural background to a tech-savvy change leader embodies Ekakanya’s mission of empowerment. Hailing from a small village in Rajasthan’s Bassi Block, Kanta joined the Rural BPO Center as part of the pilot batch, driven by a desire to break free from traditional constraints. Through rigorous training in digital literacy and microwork, she mastered skills in Microsoft Office and internet navigation, earning a stable income of over ₹11,700 monthly.
Her journey didn’t stop at employment—Kanta became a first-generation earner, inspiring her family and community to prioritize education. Her confidence grew as she took on leadership roles, mentoring peers and advocating for delayed marriages. Today, Kanta stands as a beacon of hope, proving that with the right opportunities, rural women can lead transformative change, aligning with Ekakanya’s vision of action that transforms lives.
At Ekakanya, our Digital Literacy Training seeks to equip rural women in Rajasthan with essential tech skills, fostering economic independence and personal growth.
