Empowering Girls to
Lead Change
In rural Rajasthan, girls often face doors closing before they can step through. Ekakanya Foundation works closely with young women aged 17–22 and above to open those doors—providing quality education, genuine confidence, and strong leadership skills tailored specifically to their communities. From a dedicated base in Block Bassi, Jaipur, Ekakanya carefully guides them to make informed choices, find their authentic voice, and inspire meaningful change that ripples far beyond themselves.
Educational Empowerment
Through computer literacy, financial skills, and higher education support, girls step beyond the limits set by their circumstances—discovering confidence, chasing dreams, and rewriting their own stories for a brighter tomorrow.

Nurturing Change Leaders
Through its flagship project, Parinati, girls from five rural villages gain vital knowledge in health, legal rights, and strong leadership. They grow into confident advocates, actively inspiring their communities and shaping a bright future filled with real possibility.
Community Transformation
When families and village elders truly embrace change, girls step boldly forward. Through active Self-Help Groups and real economic independence, local communities rethink traditional gender roles, share daily responsibilities, and open new paths for equal opportunity and much brighter futures.
First-generation learners are girls who are the very first in their families to pursue higher education or work outside traditional roles. At Ekakanya, they gain quality education, digital skills, and leadership training, overcoming barriers, earning true independence, and becoming change leaders in their communities.
